Agreed with the last comment. It'd be a very good idea to contact the REAL artist as well as your record label.

I'd be smart about it and get to doing so before she and all of her fans do and this becomes a great mess for you and your band. I'm sure the words "illegal, pirated," so on and so forth won't look too good for Forever Slave when it comes down to promotion. I have no qualms with getting permission from ~zemotion herself about contacting local newspapers in various countries and having this issue in print on the front page.

You may not be aware of this but the art for your latest album cover was ripper off from a deviant here and she's very popular and very upset about it.

Prolly be a good idea to contact her and work something out.

I know most likely the record company created the cover but using stolen art reflects poorly on the band.
